You can access Eisenhower Health from your phone! Use the Eisenhower Health app to find a provider, access your health records, pay bills, find locations and more.
Eisenhower Health's award-winning hospital and clinics offer state-of-art diagnostic, treatment and emergency care from outstanding doctors and staff. Use the MyEisenhower app to find an Eisenhower physician, get the locations and directions to all of Eisenhower's facilities in the Coachella Valley and access your Eisenhower MyChart account. MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand. With MyChart you can:
• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs

My Chart review
I find My Chart to navigate. I would like to know the details of my sleep apnea test. When? Where? What timeline. I can’t find this information. It could be there but I have yet to find it.
Sort of useful, but don’t submit a Customer Service Request
The app is useful to see upcoming appointments and notes from previous appointments, and to send a message to your provider’s nurse to review and answer or forward to the physician. However, if you happen to see or read instructions to submit a Customer Service Request, don’t waste your time. The ONLY topic they cover are billing issues. NOTHING MORE.
Best App
Everything is at your fingertips. You can view history, test results, and even pre-checkin for a future appointment.
Truly, there is nothing to improve on. This is a great app!
