Waste of space
It’s just the online version and neither one works well any way. Signing in is a hassle! I mean really? just singing in? It’s 2018 I’m pretty sure you can develop something better.
Navigating is even more of a hassle; and the speed of the app? There is no speed.
And again, you would think b/c it’s 2018, once you securely log in, you would be able to contact someone online or via chat. And you can’t! You still have to call and it’s hassle with that as well to just get someone on the phone. To many prompts and me urs to navigate through. It’s ridiculous.
This headache actually has me considering switching insurances. Convenience is very important in a busy life!
This app was clearly built with an outdated SDK .. the app looks like it was built for iOS 8 or something. It doesn’t even fill the whole screen if you have a newer iPhone, the images are blurry, the keyboard is not current.. get it together. They really need to invest in some updates for this app bc right now its total trash. The website looks and feels way better.. of course it strong-arms you into using the app if you want certain info. Lame. Fix this thing ASAP plz
Unnecessary without easy log in
The app is okay-ish, but what really upsets me, is the non-existent fingerprint/face recognition log in. Why bother having an app, if you have to manually type in your ID and password every time you want to use it? And yes, this annoys me so much, that I don’t want to use the app. It’s 2019. Downloading an app for something I could have in the browser is all about convenience for me.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
