Description
MyFeels is a mental health digital resource for teens ages 13 to 18. The interactive app is designed to help teens identify their emotions and provide resources to support their mental wellness to hopefully reduce the feelings of isolation and stigma often associated with mental health issues. MyFeels is a project of the Junior League of El Paso.
