Configurator is cool, my garage function not

The configurator is nice, great resolution and 360 views. My garage function lets you spend time to enter all your data, forces you to upload registration (intrusive, why is that needed if you already enter the vin?) and then fails to connect to server and all your entry is lost.

Nightmare user experience

This is the worst app I have ever used. My quote has not started manufacturing yet, and my dealer asked me to register the account. I thought it would be a nice experience just like the process of buying a Tesla, but I’m definitely Wrong.

By the way, China appears as “Cina” in the app, which costs me minutes to make sure this is the region I have to choose. I cannot tap anywhere as I wanted because the app doesn’t respond. After 10 minutes of filling information, right before I clicked “submit”, the app crashed. And I gonna started all over. Seriously? I sincerely suggest you firing all software engineers who create this app, and find any outsourcing company in India or China to re-do the project. You will surprisingly find out the cheap rate of outsourcing while at the same time a much more fluent and nice user experience a app can be!

No reason to use the app

Almost all other car companies have features that are useful.
No tracking the location of your car.
No stats on gas, miles driven, unlock/lock.
For a car that can be driven on a track you don’t get anything in app to record driving stats.
Basic features that should be in the app are not available.
