This app would be good if it showed a clients claim status along with everything it already offers.
When I made my original review and mentioned it should have claim status, I was leaning more towards the app showing statuses like weekly benefit amounts (not just what’s been processed), is the claim under investigation or not, and actual details about your claim. This app does not offer those options. Yes you can see what payments have been processed but it doesn’t show a weekly benefit amount until you process the checks. It doesn’t tell you the physical status your claim is in at the current moment other than opened or closed. Update with more detailed descriptions on claims.

App update ?
After I had created my account, it was discovered my SSN was wrong in the system, and once updated it wouldn’t let me log back into the app. Person on the phone says nothing could be done that I have to wait 30+ days on an app update. Unacceptable.
They developers edited my first post, I sent that at as email to a specific person not a review for a app. I was wrong either way making up lies for attention. I apologies to the developers.
