MyGenie connects people to a live person (a Genie) whose sole purpose is to find solutions for helping users with digital needs. Users access their Genies via the MyGenie mobile app or website. Genies will help solve issues with internet browsing, email, streaming services, online shopping, mobile phone management, social media, and much more. The Genie will remote view or access the User's device to visually see what the issue is, so that the Genie can easier and more effectively solve the user's problem or talk them through how to solve it.
