Description
MyGHMC Citizen App For The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, Sharing the birth and death certificates for records digitally signed on GHMC server and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

I have a suggestion to make. Instead of fixing the street lights in vertical position, it will be better if fixed horizontally, thus it gives lighting to wider area. Think over.
No space to describe details of grievance, many more crap features
Whoever has written this app has no mind of his own. Giving 30 characters to describe an complaint is a crime!! So you want ppl to write 4 words and wait for grievance to be closed by assigned person without much help?
Why do you create such apps which doesn't help the cause?
After every word, caps will get auto enabled. Great feature.....
Last great feature - when you submit your grievance, it throws an error that it could not complete our request. When you keep trying, it will keep throwing same message but it keeps creating new complaints in the background. Nice duplicate feature GHMC...

Several time visited GHMC Sardar Mahel office to apply voter ID but failed, because I didn’t get the proper information to where should I submit the voter ID
