Need to update

I think you have done a better job for everyone.. but need to upgrade some features.. You have gave history where we can see only outgoing history but need to see incoming also.. we don’t want usages history, we want all the call details and all kind of history.. So if you would be kind please give the all history..

Regarding connecting GP VTS with MY GP app

Sorry as it is a long message:

I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify.

I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it.

An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number.

Overall good, but…

- when you’re 2/3 steps inside an info, you can only go back from every page one at a time. Try adding navigating buttons at the bottom follow all pages.

Pull to refresh:
- home page doesn’t load with all items sometimes. Especially the remaining talk time card. Pull to refresh brings it back. Are we having multiple api calls for basic info? Can we load them in one call and render the baseline cards together?

Support for iPad:
- can’t manage the sim used in iPad from the central app on my phone. iPad doesn’t receive sms and mygp app runs on iPhone emulation mode there. We can have an alternate authorization method other than sms. That would help to manage the devices from single central app.

Apart from these, I find this app very useful. Through and through. Maintaining family’s multiple numbers from single app is very welcoming, especially when you are at work and your mom runs out of phone credits at home. Thank you GP for bringing this app to me.
