This app is honestly just terrible.. Absolutely garbage.. I want the creator to actually make an half decent app.. I can do better. I know my sign in stuff and it just won’t let me sign in.. then I hit forgot my crap and I type in my email and then it has a series of questions to verify.. like bruh I haven’t even answered these in the first place.. and then it gave me an easy one and said what is your brothers birthday and I typed it in and it said invalid.. invalid??? Are you kidding me. You can’t even get into your account.. idk how they can ask you security questions when they don’t even know what person (user) they are being dealt with.. I never put my stuff into it so how would it know even if I did fill out questions, how would they know it’s specifically for me when I’m not signed into my account and stuff. the other app was way better idk why they switched.. at least let me get into my account.. and now the old app that actually worked doesn’t even open anymore cause it’s like disabled or something..
Come on heritage bank. You’ve changed your call in process and now when you call you don’t get someone at the local location. Now you’ve switched your app and most of the time it doesn’t even boot up. When you finally get a log in screen you’re lucky if you can get it. This is ridiculous. You’re just about to lose our business entirely.
Cannot even open the app with my simple Apple XS phone. Won’t even let me get to the sign in page. Just see that stupid sailboat. Removed the app and downloaded the app and it worked for... one week! Not willing to remove app and reload again. There are other banks and in today’s world, mobile banking is not cutting edge. It is bare minimum. Can’t believe it is just me.
