if the creator and developer noticed your reviews are getting worse, the level of stars negative number the positive check your chart for the data. Not being able to use your app for relevant information doesn't help for example, if someone needs a letters stating what coverage you have and how much your monthly premium is, it's unavailable. You have to call and be on the phone for quite some time and then they can't email you that information. You have to wait two or three weeks for them to mail it to you if they actually mail it to you at all so being able to go on your site and find that relevant information and print a copy of that information with today's date on it would be beneficial to those that use your services

You generally have an app to replace accessing what you need online via a website address. This app , I’m far better off just accessing the website each and every time I need to check anything or make changes. The app is pretty much useless for anything much. Every topic I get the message - call a number on your ID card or no data available or the worst ; login failure. And yes even the related apps ( CenterWell) are infuriating. Very difficult to navigate along with very limited information. App? Why bother with having the app if it isn’t useful? Humana? Also good luck finding what vision provider is in network through the app. I get nothing but ; login failure I had to call and after several transfers finally reached someone who informed me of the site to go to. It’s not even related to Humana vision. Like where was I supposed to find this info. Make 100 phone calls to places all over town ?!!!! Geezus worst app worst insurance

This app is designed in counter-intuitive ways. It's not as bad as the Centerwell app, but it's also not even as good as the Healthy Horizons app. The main issue I have with it is that, while it will load billing and payments (basically, recent medical appointments), it will not load anything about my plan or benefits. It seems to have incredible difficulties accessing its own database in a way the website doesn't.

Why are there three different apps for Humana? There doesn't seem to be much reason that they couldn't all be integrated. They have similar UIs, similar issues, etc. They have the same login, when and if it works. Once you log in, what's actually in each app is incredibly simple and bare bones (albeit using nonstandard and counterintuitive navigation and UI). There is no good reason for this to be such a circus. :(
