Insufficient info is provided about the medications I are currently taking.

1). Doctor’s offices always request a list of medications I am taking.

This App should allow me to print out such a list (along with a separate list of providers I am seeing—irrespective whether Humana is paying them). The med list should include OTC meds I am taking on my own w/o a prescription.

2). We should also be able to learn more about the meds we are taking OR contemplating taking.

3). My spouse also has Humana and I almost exclusively do the on-line and Smartphone stuff. Design your App so it is easy to access both accounts at one time and NOT having to log into each account separately.

4). Do not require that I must change my password periodically. Suggest—sure, but do not require.

About 40 minutes wasted after logging in with this app crashing repeatedly when I tried to connect to Chat, deleted it and re-loaded from Apple, got a weird opening message, logged in with Face ID then got a long popup user agreement that wobbled all over the page. It said I had to approve before signing in even though I had signed in but couldn’t get past this document. Tried many times to fully load the doc expecting an “Approve” box somewhere. Nope. The doc never full loaded. “2025” was the only thing on the last loaded page and all I could do was go back to the login page and try again. And again. And again. The overall experience is that one of the biggest companies in the country is too cheap to pay professionals to build an app so an employee who was assigned the task got their not-too-tech-savvy high school junior to do this one for an internship credit. I’ve been with Humana a long time and I think they’re good health insurance. A poorly made app can be corrected and would be very helpful. Hope they read their reviews and get it done soon.

Where are the buttons to take you to your other website such as the pharmacy, and other websites that are sponsored by my Humana. I don't understand why you had to switch this website and made it stupid to navigate through it because it doesn't have the information I need, just like it used to. Used to be able to press a button and go to your Pharmacy, press a button and go to the website where you sign up for classes. I don't understand how whoever designed this thought it was a good idea. I think it stinks and it doesn't give hardly any information other than whether you owe money or
