myIDgo – NEW Relaunched App‪!‬ 4+

I just downloaded the app thinking this would be quicker way to book zed travel than having to login into my laptop and go through my company website, but no. Flight bookings or as it reads “synchronization between MyIDTravel and myidgo is currently disabled”??? Seriously?? Adding it will let me know when it will be available for my airline??? Smh

Dear gg65, Please note, that myIDgo is an independend product from myIDTravel and offers Travel Service Discounts. For booking ID flights, please further use myIDTravel.
Regarding the flight synchronization in myIDgo (read only view on booked myIDTravel flights): This functionality needs to be enabled by your employing airlines within myIDTravel. Hence, your employing airline seems to have disabled this functionality for the employees. Kind Regards, myIDgo Team

Finally gave up and decided it wasn’t worth my time. Tried to make a new account but the form reset each time if I missed an entry. Then required me to make the entry I missed and redo all other entries. Terrible UX. I also don’t want to provide both a business and personal email. The form reset after I initially didn’t provide a personal email.

As the rates on myIDgo are exlusively for active staff working in the Travel Industry, we require to verify the eligibility based on the company email address. As for the personal email address, we use it for important communication such as booking confirmations, as many companies have strict email filters in place, which block external emails.
