I have tried to open this app. Several times I have restarted my phone I have reinstalled the app I have done everything imaginable and I still can’t open, It just opens and straightaway crashes absolutely pathetic considering I pay an arm and a leg each month for your services and sadly I can look back at reviews from years ago and this is still a relevant issue, does this mean that there’s no one reading these reviews and taking these into consideration are we just shouting into the air? Again I repeat, pathetic

I have loaded and reloaded this app innumerable times over several years and it will not work. I have iOS 15.1. I have also been to a ZOL shop and they can’t get it to work.
