myNILpay is a first-of-its-kind digital platform that allows any fan, or business, or collective an NCAA compliant way to direct-pay college student athletes. All 1,000+ schools and 500,000+ NCAA athletes, providing an opportunity for athletes at all levels (D1-D2-D3) and all sports and all genders to monetize their Name. Image. and Likeness (N.I.L.).
HOW IT WORKS:
The fan selects the athlete to receive funds
Email is sent directly to Athlete school email (.edu)
The athlete accepts and the funds get deposited directly to their bank account. That’s it.
No other action by the athlete is required.
FOR STUDENT ATHLETES:
N.I.L. monetization has been focused on high-profile players in revenue sports leaving out the 450,000+ student athletes that play all sports at all levels of competition.
myNILpay is for all student athletes that have family, friends, alumni, hometown support, social media followers, anyone they can think of, that wants to help support them while they are attending college.
myNILpay will provide direct support for tax services, career services, wealth management, NIL education and financial literacy resources to qualified athletes utilizing the app.
FOR BUSINESS & CHARITIES:
myNILpay offers a centralized hub for businesses and charities to contact student athletes to initiate traditional sponsorship opportunities, reducing the friction of the transaction and providing increased financial value for both the business and the student athlete.
COMPLIANCE:
myNILpay will keep athletes compliant by keeping track of the transactions and reporting the results monthly to their schools.
myNILpay’s approach can protect fans from issues with the facilitation of questionable or illegal NIL transactions by facilitating a taxable transaction.
