I really wish I could give you a higher rating. I suggest you take a look at Saint Joseph’s Hospital app or Main General app. It’s a night and day difference. Northern light seems to be very clunky and is very hard to make a payment on. Try to find records or doctor notes can be very time consuming. Please look at other hospital apps. I look forward to seeing a more user friendly version in the future. Thanks

There’s no bill pay options, you can’t even see your bills. To do anything you still need to call the hospital and if you send a message to a provider they can charge you. If you select a pay a bill it takes you to a browser window so it’s not even the app and you are no longer “signed in”. And the fact that I need to have paper copies of the bills mailed to me in order to keep track of every individual claim is wild. It’s 2025 figure it out

Good idea but notifications don’t work so really no difference than the web version. Could use improvement

I opened up,the new and “improved” app which is improved in some deluded mind. What are you trying to do? Instead of a page I can use to pay my bill, you’ve got all the information in a closed square that CAN’t be opened. So, I guess now it’s up to you to guess what my debit card number might be. No wonder Northern Light is going bankrupt! This ought to help move that process along.
