Love the variety and option to return if it doesn’t fit!

Myntra has been a boon especially when you are figuring out your size and malls are closed due to the lockdown. The no hassle shipping and returns allows customers to buy-try and keep what fits. They also carry a lot of brands so options are limitless. I love the feature of body type too. Thanks Myntra.

Useless customer service

Myntra is such a good site for finding good clothes but you better pray that your order is perfect the first time you order it because if anything goes wrong, they’re not going to care or help. The first time we ordered a pair of heels I got two left heels which meant that I couldn’t wear the expensive heels for prom. We recently had a kart worth 11k and even though we put in the right address, however somehow the address got messed up. When we called the customer service we were informed that they couldn’t do anything and we would have to cancel the order of each item manually and reorder all of them which is costing us valuable time (not that they care). Although the customer service agents were nice, they couldn’t do much except say sorry which really didn’t help us in any way, shape or form. This is just extremely disappointing and I am not sure how I’m supposed to order from this site again without feeling as though I’m taking a HUGE risk.

Everything is good till you run into a problem. Worst customer support

I have been using mantra for more than 5 years now and I would recommend friends and family to shop on mantra till the time I faced issues and it was not handled in a good way. I was sent the wrong product and when I tried to
return the item Myntra would not accept the return and said they sent the correct product. Another issue I ran into was not able to change the return pick-up location. I don't understand how an online platform can‘t be flexible with little things like a change of address which creates a lot of hassle for the Customers. There might be more underlying issues so I would rather use a different app.
