Typical .gov web design

If your having trouble with the website and think the app may be easier think again. I’ve attempted multiple times to get a certified copy from both the website they use and now the app. Zero success in either attempt. Streamline Q&A to get started only to utterly fail at intelligently verifying your identity. SS number and all it will still bring up 3 random and completely absurd questions about someone you’ve never met who shares the same last name and ask you personal info about them as if that somehow proves who you are. Or maybe a list of addresses you were to have allegedly lived at during some point of your life. Even then when you select the answer stating you’ve never heard o FB this person or recognize any of the addresses it will simply say your identity couldn’t be verified leaving you with one last button to click, which reads “thanks, but I done”. So yeah, typical .gov bs designed by the absolute cheapest and apparently completely unimaginative group of first year programmers they can find. If it works for you great but most anyone Ive talked to that has tried has had not even remotely positive results. Waste of time!

Very Impressed

I do not normally write app reviews, but I was shocked that a Government App could be built that 1. Actually Works and 2. Is Easy to Use. Didn’t see it coming but I renewed my car tag in minutes.
