Great app
Love the app as I can rent and check my balance and pay and many other things, a couple of comments. Wish they add online live chat in the app as well as other services such as OSN on demand ...etc versus having 3 apps.

Limited utility
App is painless to pay for content, and there are many full screen pop up ads to help you do that, but besides a few predefined FAQs there’s no way I can find to contact support or give feedback. With telephone support taking ages and trying hard to funnel people toward the app, I hope it can be expanded to provide a more user touchpoints.
