Hard to READ!!
The app itself is great to use and navigate.. if you can read it... on my phone it shows a BLACK background with DARK GREY lettering.. my HR at work and even the Doctors and Nurses have to struggle to read anything.. it was either a large oversight or just Lazy designing... or Pacific Source just doesn’t want us to use benefits... Great Company POOR app design...

Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the frustration caused by this issue. We have added support for Dark Mode in the latest release. Please make sure you've downloaded the latest version to take advantage of this feature.
In the “Find Providers” screen, it doesn’t let me change my location. It takes me to the “Specialities” screen instead! Ugh.
Multiple delete/reinstall, and still can only open the app and it crashes immediately when clicking on something STILL. Deleting permanently.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused! As of the last update some users cannot open the app after doing an in-place update. To resolve this please delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store. If the problem continues please contact us so we can further troubleshoot the issue.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
