Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space. It’s that easy.
For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.
The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.
When you're ready to leave, just drive out. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed. You’ll also receive a detailed receipt by email.

Ratings and Reviews
When we tried to use the app a ‘submit a review’ thing kept popping up and would NOT go anywhere, extremely annoying. Then the app kept crashing when we tried to reserve a spot. To be completely honest I hate the idea of this app, I only bought into it because the place we were going is so packed if you don’t reserve a spot you won’t get one. In large part because the My Park spaces take up a bunch of space!!! Space that people need to use but aren’t because not many actually use the My Park spaces and app. I’ll admit using this app makes me a part of the problem but we had little choice unless we wanted to ride around for 30 mins finding a spot. Anyway; this app and idea is crap and I hate it.

Hello Taytaycake. We love to know of our customer’s experience when using our service thus we rate each completed parking event. We use this feedback to help us improve our app and parking technology. What is strange is that the rating only shows after you use our service hence you need to be able to make a successful reservation.
Our parking service is available precisely to provide an option for customers that don’t want to or don’t have the time to drive around 30min looking for parking. You can even make a reservation up to 6 months in advance to have your parking spot waiting for you once you arrive.
Beware-damage to your car from defective parking device
New experience using app for first time. Recommended by hubby. High pitched noise upon arrival. Thought it was strange AND extremely annoying. Couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Came back after a few hours and same high pitched noise. Well, after trying to accelerate/back out of space slowly (something told me to do that), I heard scraping under my brand new SUV... the device was STUCK in the up position!! Daughter had to get a security guard from in the mall to help with his whip stick to push device down enough for me to get out, after damage to the underside of my car. Never again will I take that chance! Interesting I kept pressing submit for this ONE star review that the APP ASKED FOR, and it didn’t go anywhere. Had to come to App Store review to submit. Hopefully this will work. Full disclosure, didn’t happen when my husband used app and parking spaces in same parking garage. Of course, just me!
Don’t waste your time
It was a crazy busy day at MoA so I thought I would try this out. I understood the warning that it would not guarantee my reservation because I selected a spot less than an hour ahead of time. But when I GOT to the spot it had selected for me, it suddenly changed from 9 to 1. I had to loop around, again. Then when I tried to actually park in spot 1, the gate never lowered. I couldn’t change spots, even though several were open, and I was stuck either abandoning the spot or causing a huge backup in traffic.
Safe yourself the headache of this faulty equipment and park on the roof. :-)
