Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space. It’s that easy.
For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.
The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.
When you're ready to leave, just drive out. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed. You’ll also receive a detailed receipt by email.

Pretty Cool App
Thank goodness I was given an opportunity to update my review. At first I was extremely frustrated with the app but in the end, needed to exercise a bit of patience. So when my family and I left, the clock in the app was still ticking.
I was concerned that I’d be charged another hour because we left with 5 minutes to spare. I still wish there was a way to hit end time, on the consumer end, however when the app finally closed out for my review, roughly 5-6 minutes later, the exit time was correct and I was appropriately charged. I would definitely use this app again.
Thank you customer service for responding to my initial complaint, and even leaving a phone number to call, how rare!!!

We’re very sorry to hear about this, I can assure you this is a very rare occurrence as the MyPark device actually has a timer that records the exact time the car was in the space and you should not be charged for any extra time. This service is great... 1/3 of the time.
I have used my park a few times. The equipment installed in The parking lots seems to not be up to the task and is always haggardly looking and often broken. Just now I had to drive off without my space becoming available to rent. So I’m back home, still being charged by Mypark. The customer next to me was in a space with a loud alarm sounding. Her mypark space blocker was pressed against the bottom of her car. She did not know what to do. She ended up having to drive over it bending the hell out of the equipment. You see they do not have a phone number, a chat on their site, anything that allows you to work with customer service.
If you have an issue all you can do is fill in a web form (which does not even email you to let you know that the send worked!!) I don’t think I will mypark ever again. I don’t know if the lady next to me had her car damaged by the faulty equipment but she stayed to talk to the mall management about it.

My wife wanted to go to Victoria’s Secret....I needed to return some shirts to Express. As usual there were NO PARKING SPACES at the St John’s Town Center. While driving in circles for 20 minutes looking for a space I keep passing these premium spaces that require you to download an app. At first it was just irritating and then I thought “what the heck” and downloaded the app. It took about 3 minutes to download the app and Park in a perfect spot.....and because it only took us 26 minutes the entire thing was.... FREE! Love this. Wish you all has spaces at all of my spots.
