No Major Advantage vs Web Browser

The app is a good start and I am glad to see the school taking steps to improve their site. However, Blackboard you cannot do assignments and instead really only can view things. Still is better than nothing.

I would love for there to be a group chat area for students in group assignments. Too many group assignments I have to give my personal number for and this is really not ideal. There should be more resources for students to communicate easily with class mates on group assignments rather than blackboard discussion board and email.

Very convenient

Although there isn’t a major difference between this app and the web browser, I find it very helpful. There are many features on this app that’ll give you the information and help you need all in once, and you won’t have to continuously go on the web to search for them.

Bad update

The app was great at first especially for freshmen. But the update has been trash so far. You no longer have a campus map that will show you where your classes are and you can’t access your email through the app anymore either. It’s annoying.

First, you are correct about the campus maps. The software the College used for its interactive maps is no longer available. We're working on a solution using Google Maps and hope to have that available soon. Regarding emails, it should work exactly the way it did before. You'll find your email icon under your "favorites" section. (It's one of the four that cannot be removed from the customizable section.) If it's not functioning correctly, please get in touch with the Service Desk to create a ticket to troubleshoot.
