Second Half Study Underway

Participated in the first study. Received an email saying first half completed and to delete app and download new app. Finally got the new app. While it does not work completely with iWatch they are working on it.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. If you have already registered in the phase 2 and gotten a key, you can login to the app with that key. If you have not received a key or if you have any other difficulties, please email us at wearables_validation@stanford.edu and we would be happy to help (please refer to this comment in your email so that we can track it faster)
We really hope that we can help you asap and you will be willing to revise your review/rate. Thanks so much again for your feedback.

Stopped working

After I had to navigate away from the app screen because I had to use my phone during a lengthy data transfer, the app stopped working properly. The screen closes before allowing manual data entry and sometimes won’t end the automated data transfer forcing me to close the app in order to use my phone. So far there doesn’t seem to be a fix. The suggestions to reinstall and make sure to answer all the questions might work if one could get that far before the crash.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you respond to "Are you at higher risk…" question and all other "*must provide value" questions. Also, if you have difficulties to submit (for example, submit button doesn't appear after rendering), please select an answer for the last question (Are you currently taking any medications?) and this will enable the submit button. You can later "reset" your answer to this question and submit. We hope that you will be willing to revise your review and rating as it can impact our research study. Thank you so much!

Good app

I had a few issues in the past that were resolved by updates. I had the same issue when installing and data loaded with the button being too low to proceed. Mine was blocked by the keyboard. I pressed home then went back to the app which resolved it.
