Δεν κατάφερα ούτε να εγγραφω. Ίσως δεν είναι φτιαγμένο για iPad Ίσως δεν δέχεται τους άνω των 75. Ίσως μηχανογραφικά είμαι κάτω των τεσσάρων. Επιπλέον το κατάστημα της Ν Ερυθραίας εκλεισε(τζάμπα εζοδα ) και το τηλ κέντρο….αστα.

Disappointed
The app never works. It is slow and never opens the sub folders for information. It is by far the worst app I have ever used. Protergia should be able to do better.
After I restarted the app by logging out and then in the app worked fine. So overall i am satisfied with the app. I guess it was stuck for long time. I give a 4 star rating at least. Good Job.

Χάσιμο χρόνου. Αργή εφαρμογή. Δεν εχω καταφέρει να δω λογαριασμό. Κάνει πολλή ώρα να ανοίξει και δεν ανοίγει τελικά ποτέ ο λογαριασμός. Άχρηστη εφαρμογή.

Από έλεγχο μας, η λήψη λογαριασμών πραγματοποιείται κανονικά. Θα σας προτείναμε αρχικά να σβήσετε από το κινητό σας παλιούς λογαριασμούς (εικονίδιο κάδου απορριμμάτων στο πάνω δεξιά μέρος της οθόνης Ιστορικό λογαριασμών). Αν εξακολουθείτε να αντιμετωπίζεται θέμα παρακαλούμε στείλτε μας στο myprotergia-support@intelen.com το μοντέλο του κινητούς σας, το λογισμικό και το ΑΦΜ σας.
