Worthless waste of phone memory
I recently had a new Galaxy VX1000 UPS installed at my facility, and it was suggested that I download the My Schneider app, which I did. Unfortunately the model of my UPS is not able to be loaded as an asset, so I can’t use the app.
In addition, there is no technical support link for the app. When I was on the phone calling in a problem with the UPS, I asked the support guy about it and he was not able to help, either. In all fairness, he said that he would pass it on, and get back to me with a resolution.

Seems pointless and poorly designed
I have a cloud connected ups that suggested I use this app...
The app doesn’t actually show any info or status for my UPS, but I can see it on APCs site.
When first accessing the app, you are asked to login, and then are redirected to a web page... um, that’s not how apps should work.
When you want to add/register a UPS to your account via the app, you again are sent to a web page, that’s poorly formatted for mobile.
I want an app that that shows me all of my UPS fleet, without redirecting me to various web pages— it needs to be all done within the app.
Maybe eventually APC will improve this app, but given APCs record of poorly designed software, I’m not optimistic.
