WHAT IS IT :: A life-saver earthquake meter & alarm always in your pocket.
WHO IT’S FOR :: Everyone that wants to protect own self or family. Also a helpful app when training for earthquake disaster.
WHY IS USEFUL :: It can alarm you at night and can save you important seconds to act as planned on an earthquake.
HOW IT WORKS?
• Select Scale (Liedu, USGS, Shindo or Mercalli)
• Select Shaking Level (press "?" to view intensity table)
• Press "TEST" to see & hear the alarm
• Leave device in a steady surface (eg floor)
• Enable Seismometer (tap in the centre circle)
It senses and translates movements into the four most used earthquake intensity scales in the world:
• Shindo (Japan)
• USGS (USA)
• Liedu (China)
• Mercalli (World)
* main functionality does not require internet connection (3G or WiFi), some minor require (help & privacy view, email to support, etc)
**seismos is the greek word “σεισμός” that means earthquake
*** monitoring will stop when you close the app or during call

Can you please add Mercalli scale?

Hi! Seismometer app provides you information on 4 major scales: Liedu, Shindo, USGS, Mercalli. You just tap on the little button on the right called "Scale", or on the name itself on the center of the screen. Please adjust your rating. You can always contact support by sending an email within app. Thank you! :)
How to control this I don’t know
Trying to set this up so I just get the strong earthquakes and all I get is sirens and lights and it can go off with the light ones how do I stop the light ones and get the real bad ones it’s not easy haven’t figured it out yet

Hello there, if there is anything you can not understand or it confuses you, support is here. Within app's settings (little gear button top right) you can contact support and we are happy to help. There is also the website where there is detailed info about everything around Seismometer app. This app is also free as a contribution for the safety of our society.
Does not do a thing
It says I do NOT have internet when everything else on my pad, that is on internet WORKS. Plus they never answer emails. Do Not buy or get until fixed.
