Worked once then never again

I was able to log in and it worked great....once. I can no longer log in on my iPad I put my password in, hit login and it clears the password field and never logs me in.

Cancellation Department?

This platform is incredible for Auto Repair Shop owners, I've seen it work first-hand. The problem is the management. I was hired at the beginning of COVID-19 as a Digital Marketing Specialist but that was not what this role is. I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from USF. The first few months were great. Great co-workers and amazing customers. THEN I was "asked" and "selected" to be a part of the new team during a company restructure. What this company fails to tell you... is that you'll be thrown into a new position with little to no training on the Cancellation Department they decided to get rid of. Suddenly, you're a coil in their machine as they test their new process. If it doesn't work, they give you convoluted and vague direction about how "should" be working. Meanwhile, I'm being told I'm "highly intelligent" but reprimanded every single day when an issue comes up. Let's pre-face with the fact that as the "baby" of the group, I had the highest commision and was given the highest volume of accounts. Yet management told me I'd "gotten lucky" and that maybe it's the fact that I'm a young female that is causing shop owners to not trust me. I'll be quite frank, there is no room for you to grow at this company, you are constantly strong held, told that management is "disappointed" and then put on a performance plan for being under trained and actively seeking out solutions from my higher up. Lesson learned the hard way, you don't want to work here. If you end up on the same track, good luck. It's a churn and repeat kind of job. You're hooked up to a phone all day and pushed into a corner, then told you're fired but not given a reason why. If there is a gap in their system, you're out the door. "The decision is final."
