This version is similar to their free version except 1) No Ads! and 2) an additional screen that allows you to set an ssh proxy. This allows you to securely connect to databases using standard SSH encryption and access databases that sit securely behind firewalls.

I attempted to try to contact you without success. So I’m attempting through this review to alert others to the difficulty they may face if not satisfied with the advertised product. I demand cancellation effective immediately within 30 minutes of purchase. I expect a full refund.

Sorry to hear it didn’t work for you. Could you describe what it was that wasn’t as expected? There’s a free version which does everything this version does with the exception of secure connections. This is usually the best way to test things before purchase.

There is an in-app feedback function that directly sends us communication.

Refunds are handled by the App Store and you must contact Apple in order to start the process.

can not connect using ssh from ipad pro.

What should i put for local host. do you have a instruction to connect using ssh from an ipad and nothing else?

There is no local host field. For ssh there is the "SSH Host" field in which you need to enter the dns name or ip address of the machine you're tunneling through. On this page you'll need to enter regular SSH login parameters like either a username/password or username/private key combo. Once you enter this info, you can try the "Check Connection" button which will attempt to connect to your MySQL database and report back errors if it can't connect for any reason.
