i really hate this company like every company they think about how much they make of any customer they never think how to satisfy them the companies in US is more cheaper than SA ,in US i can get the unlimited enter-net connection for 20$, in SA it well be 800, 400 or 200 reyal saudi ( from 53$ , 112$ and 215$ ) and bad connection with Daily speed last to 8 GB or 6GB after the end of the GBs the speed will decrease to 500 KB , in US we never us this plan and the company’s fight with other company’s saying we are the fastest and cheapest , in KSA its the opposite saying we are the slowest and more expensive . the world have to know how saudi have been scammed from TC for multiple years and i think this is the right time to speak and stand for ourself's
Issue in the last update
The last update in the app there is some issues for iphone 6 , its not showing the full page 😞
The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic
Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue
There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token
I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor
STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve services
