In my opinion the most fair match 3 game

I’ve tried out many match 3 games only to be hit with a massive wall regarding level difficulties. Obviously this game is no exception, but I’ve also found that I end up stuck on them less so than I am in similar games. Mystery Matters throws a metric ton of free power ups and lives at you all the time, which lets you quickly accumulate and save stars, which then allows you to stroll through the story at your own pace and earn even more free rewards. The story is not amazing by any means, but there is an extreme amount of polish and interactivity which drives you in further. The characters are silly and likable, and the vibe of the game is very cozy. I have had the game for about two months and have paid for the past 2 passes and occasionally a few coins to pass a level, but by no means have I had to spend an exorbitant amount to make progress. I’m currently almost at level 1000 and am happy to continue playing and see where the game goes.

Addicting for sure, but gotta pay big bucks.

This game is fun and interesting. It will get you hooked for sure. You have to play match games and picture finds to earn stars to unsolve the mystery. However, the games become increasing hard, almost impossible to solve without paying money for items to blow out the puzzles. After 3 days of playing I e already spent over $30 buck to keep playing. When they get super hard you will need ever extra items to knock out the puzzle. It’s impossible to win without those purchased items. So it will leave you hanging I. The mystery of you cannot complete the puzzles. After 3 days and at level 137 I think, I can’t go any further without spending big money. Then there are side puzzles to solve if that’s how you want to spend your time, trying to get more tokens to solve the actual game. This is very disappointing. It’s fun redo decorating the manor. And the story line is very fun to try to solve, but after a certain point…it’s a money hungry game. You have to solve several of the puzzles just to fix a coffee maker and stupid stuff like that to help solve the mystery which is absurd. It’s fun, graphics are great, story line is very interesting. But to play this game long term, prepared to open that wallet!
