This app may seem silly to use to track streaks, but trust me when I say this will be a good fit within your life. First and foremost this app is a great way to track growth: that of the streaks themselves and personal growth. I’ve set streaks like “Make the Bed” and “Pray Daily” and I have consistently been doing those things everyday day since it started (my highest being 823 days). It also it fun to see other family member streaks and their progress (and we even have competitions sometimes too haha). The app notifying you is very handy because we all have said “I’ll do that later today” and truly never get to it, but with this app I have been able to utilize my streaks and help my life as a whole. All in all, I suggest this app to anyone and everyone. There is no hurt in trying it out and setting streaks on things you’ve always wanted to do or try. It has helped me stay consistent and I guarantee it will help you too.

Streaking will change your life

I’ve been running every day for over 900+ days & have had other health streaks for much longer (drink water, eat fruit/vegetable daily) but it wasn’t until I found this App + Podcast that I realized how many other areas of life could be positively impacted by the laws of streaking!

If there is something that you want to incorporate into your life and actually make it stick then download this app! The community is a wealth of knowledge & will cheer on + likely inspire more streaks to incorporate.

I’ve found through personal experience that consecutive consistency is powerful & this app makes it even easier to get started & stay motivated! Just make it laughably simple to complete, keep a record, & join the community! Easy right?

Amazing way keep track of habits and amazing people!

People on this app are so supportive and it makes me happy to see so many come together to achieve such simple things yet support each other. I’m currently doing the Coreworkout per day streak and so many people have been watching my journey and it makes me happy that people are so supportive. I hope my posts have inspired people as well! Amazing app just wish the app speed was a little better but great concept and amazing people!
