Pay your bill, report a power outage, and receive outage-related notifications through this fast, user-friendly app.
Features enable you to:

~View the area’s outage map
~Contact us by phone or email
This app is designed to provide an additional convenience for you, our member-owner, and serve as another way in which you can be connected to your electric cooperative. It builds on existing resources such as our website (www.svec.coop) and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map.
Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. Take advantage of everything the Cooperative has to offer by downloading this app. We will continually evaluate your needs and work to exceed your expectations, pursuing opportunities that will benefit you.

Won’t load
I upgraded to the iPhone 11 and the app doesn’t load at all. I get a message saying my app is up to date and that’s it. Have to go online and pay, needs to be fixed.
New SVEC app usability
I have used this app successfully until this latest update. I really liked the app, but I can’t use the updated iPhone version. I have installed and uninstalled this app so many times hoping the issue has been resolved, but NO, still get a blank screen, not even an SVEC banner. Noticed a previous complaint about the same issue dated a year ago. How long does it take to fix this problem?

As bad or worse than they web site here you can’t even view the bill just pay it at least online after a number of work around to even get into the site k can see the basic bill but I can not down load it anymore SVEC has some serious issues and if they can not manage this I fear for the stability of my electrical grind locally
