Worst app - go back to the original
I have never written a review for an app but I used the old app plenty of times and this new app is the actual worst. I have never been able to get a visit to work. It gets to the “creating video visit” screen and never loads. I’m posed off because this is the only way I can avoid going to the physical doctor on my insurance and now it doesn’t work.

I’m sure it’s a wonderful app but I wouldn’t know because you don’t give a 1st time user an option to create their account . How can you use it if you can’t create an account This is an important problem to address , I would think ...
