This is a great App, so much more charming and intelligent than more recent brushing apps/games. One problem: where are the electric toothbrushes? It’s a bit silly this hasn’t been updated. A huge percentage of kids use electric brushes now and it would affect the way they’d use this app. I’m guess it would be too much work to add this important feature, or it would be changed by now? It is so wonderfully designed, otherwise!

Where’s the music?

We got the Lynx and now nobody has music! Went into preferences, added some classical music — still mute. Tried the app music— still silent. Why not just go back to the old tried and true music? IPHONE 11. Thanks for some great teeth brushing! PS since Lynx got here— nobody has music.

Hi,Please turn the silent switch on the side of your phone off to hear the music. Since this apps primary function is not audio it has to respect the silent switch.All the best Christoph

We discovered that one trick is to give each kid their own character and their own choice of music to go with it. When just one kid brushes at a time, they actually watch the character and begin to mimic it. The music also helps them brush longer than otherwise. We do wish more characters would be added!

My son has been using this app twice a day for years to brush his teeth, and doesn’t get tired of it (neither does the melody get old). Really couldn’t be any simpler to properly brush teeth than imitate the fun characters. He has now completed all stickers and tooth brushes for the alien and has moved on to Ben. Hope this app sticks around for a long time. Great job.

MyTeeth helps kids ages 1 to 9 develop excellent brushing habits: Patiently 3 minutes, in every corner, the right technique for their age and with joy – accompanied by Christian Heuser’s toothbrush buddies. NEW: Say Hello to Lynx! Lynx loves painting: Lynx would love to paint all day long. He always carries paper and a paintbrush with him, just in case he thinks of an idea. Once he even tried to paint with his brush ears. But that was not such a good idea. He couldn't see what he was painting and was left with paint on his ears, which was very hard to wash off. Because Lynx thinks about painting with his paintbrush all day long, he came up with an idea for brushing his teeth too. Because after all, toothbrushing is just like painting, only just with a toothbrush instead of a brush. And so he practices circles and strokes on his teeth with his colourful toothpaste and sometimes he paints whole fantasy worlds inside his mouth. Three minutes go by fast for lynx! New Toothbrushes (total of 13 now) and a final rainbow toothbrush when you have uncovered all existing toothbrushes.
