Not user friendly with multiple accounts

This app used to work well with multiple accounts, now it requires you to click a link on an sms before allowing you to switch between your own accounts. This is not very user friendly if you happen to have multiple accounts on different phones. If I want to manage the phone account on phone #1, I now need to forward the login sms link sent to phone #1 to phone #2, for then to click the link. Please make a better solution for those of us that have two or more phones and would like to manage all phone accounts in just one app without having to forward login sms.

VA is totally useless

They never solve any problems. I try to put a complain twice about my internet data plan. They over complicate their service. They give me a CS to take my complain but they ask questions again n bla bla bla. Nb: i asked very simple question n when they will solve it. I. The end the CS said that he understood n will solve it as soon as possible. But until now it’s not happening. I just don’t understand. They are big company but looks like they don’t eager to help or care about their customers. I just hope they will fix it as soon as possible otherwise they will lose their customers sooner or later.

I wish I would have read the reviews before- DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. First, it always makes you pay more than the packages need (for example, it gives the option to pay 50,000R.p. OR 100,000R.p. for a plan that costs 85,000R.p..... so they obviously pocket the rest.

THEN, when I did purchase and WAS charged through my bank, the app still shows a “0” balance. Also, make sure you pay attention because some of the data is super tricky and written in Balinese (to confuse you, of course) and only works weird hours, I.e. midnight to 7am...
