Easy to use and to search for what you need. I use the app on my iPad/iPhone and sometimes it just kicks me out. Especially during special events/sales like Candy something (I forgot). But sometimes there are issues that I don’t understand. My wishlist got deleted and when my husband logged into his account all my items were there. Go figure. I’m curious if someone else had this issue. Overall I’m enjoying the app.
I Love Mytheresa
Shopping with Mytheresa has been a great experience overall. Everything from the usability of the app, customer service, packaging, and delivery (DHL specifically) is smooth. I have purchased several items on multiple occasions and have yet to run into any issues. The prices for a lot of the items I've purchased are either the same, or lower, than prices found elsewhere, including manufacturer sites.

Without question, My Theresa is the BEST shopping app! Everything is seamless from the shopping to the delivery. The browsing experience is lovely because the photography and descriptions are representative and accurate. My Theresa always seems to have my very difficult-to-find small sizes and the prices are competitive. Customer Service is very responsive and returns are so easy to complete. Refunds come in very quickly! I LOVE MY THERESA!!
