No longer able to view daily usage

As above.

Please clear the data and cache for your app by going to your phone settings. This should resolve your issue. In case you are still facing the problem, please contact us at https://www.facebook.com/tnbcareline with your contact details and relevant screenshots. (Amerul)

You must have this app

Good and easy app to use. Just key in the name and IC number, and the app did the rest to pull all the relevant account information. Simply wonderful. No more hassle to find out the account number. No no more need for an actual paper bill. You can find out the status of an account right from the app. And you can pay direct from the app.

Futher, the all is snappy with no lag. Clean, simple, beautiful and easy to navigate user interface.

Historical bills are not available

If another utility company is used as benchmark, TNB would looked into what makes a utility company apps decent. Please add download historical bills as a feature. This is a necessity nowadays.

Thanks, i have to remove and add accounts again cause maybe it was added before this feature was there

Kindly be informed that you can download up too six months previous TNB bills if you add your TNB account under owner in myTNB. (Hisyam)
