The app is OK, if a little ungainly in display of tabular info such as account holdings (data column order, e.g.). Worst problem is SCREEN FREEZE. The app worked perfectly on my new 8 with current updated iOS. Suddenly it began to freeze up after successful login. At first I thought it might be an issue on Pershing's (the actual broker/dealer/back office) end, because their system seems to get weird on weekends, but this doesn't seem to be the case. When the freeze occurs, no control functions of any kind work, there is no response, can't even log out. I've deleted the app and reinstalled several times, phone reboot, etc. Nothing helps. I even waited to see if the app would auto logout for inactivity. Behold, it did! Alas, the info box with the auto logout advisory and an 'OK' button wouldn'r respond either! There seems no reachable tech support for the app to provide info and help. What gives?????
Needs fingerprint login
Not a bad app overall, but being able to log in with my fingerprint would be a great improvement.
Terribly convenient app...if it would do more than load. Once signed in, a user cannot navigate due to a freeze on the first page after signing in; not able to toggle options along the bottom icons nor scroll through. After loading, killing the app, and repeating three times I gave up.
