With MyTravelsPlanner, you can easily plan all your trips :
• Add as many new trips as you want
• Specify the country (or countries) that you plan to visit and have an in-app map of each country that you can use when designing an itinerary
• You can add all the participants of the trip, right from your contacts list
• Design your itinerary, day by day
• Add planned activities for each day
• Enter your booking details for transports and/or lodgings.
• Make your packing list with separate categories (clothes, toiletries, etc.)
• Track all your trip expenses and have a complete view (by participant, by category, etc.)
• Expenses supports multi currencies and offers real time currency exchange rates
• See all locations on the map and get directions to a specific location.
• Add attachment files throughout the app (for receipts, tickets, booking confirmations, etc.) and preview them right within the app.

Unstable and Not Helpful
I was looking for a better way to plan the expenses for a trip than a spreadsheet. I was intrigued by this because it didn't require a subscription (I don't travel that much) and it would allow me to enter in the budget. I wanted to then get an estimate of the total cost and then edit as necessary to adjust it. After that, I'd actually book the trip.
It does allow you to enter in the budget in advance but there's no way to total it that I could find. Also, it enters everything as the category "trip day" but if you try and change it to anything else (such as lodging or transport), the second you click SAVE, it crashes and the entry reverts when you open it. Therefore, you cannot differentiate where you money is going.
I also assumed that it would allow me to enter in my itinterary as other apps do so I could see a step-by-step timetable of where I'll be and when I need to catch a plane, arrive, etc. It simply allows you to enter in the location you'll be at and from which day to which day and whether it's a transit day (but I don't know why it does that).
There's no help. The support site has no documentation. I requested help; I've received none.
I'd give it one star but I at least want to recognize that the designer at least tried a new approach. That said, I've requested a refund. It's just not ready for prime time.

We are sorry that the app was not as you expected. I just want to address your remarks :
-There was a bug sadly introduced by the prior version that caused the app to crash when saving an expense, this bug has been fixed in the latest release.
-You can do a truly step by step plan, including transports / activities / lodgings, etc. All of this can be done from the "Trip Plan" entry by clicking the + button. The "Itinerary" entry is dedicated to the overall itinerary of the trip (main locations).
-Indeed the support site has no documentations for the moment, but we try to reply as soon as possible to all requests from the support form. We did actually reply to all forms submitted to us lately, please check your inbox.
