I’m really Liking this app. Works with your schedule. Gives you work outs. One thing I’m not quite sure about however, is that when put in I wanted to do an Olympic event it gave me a workout, then when I went in and changed it a few days later to a half Ironman, the workout times really didn’t change all that much. Overall though, the app is great!

Before using this app I had no idea what I was doing to prepare for my triathlon races. I would workout whenever I could but there was no structure or system to my training.
