- Your entries in the app are immediately synchronised with the myUNIQA portal

Aaaargh!! ,

App is slow and buggy

The app is slow and not intuitive. What I don’t understand is, why its not possible to send additional documents for a claim that has initially been denied.
Now I have to send them via email, which is messy.

The whole app feels slow.

Worst of all, when I go to a different app on my iPad and switch back to the UNIQA app, it only shows a grey screen (seems frozen) so I have to force-restart it. Please fix.

Dear customer, we really apologize for any inconvenience with our App on iPad. We closely monitor myUNIQA performance and issues, the App is not optimised for use on tablets though. In this case we recommend to use the browser version myuniqa.at on your tablet. In terms of documents we are just finalising an extension that will allow you to submit additional files for an existing claim. Should be available very soon. Best regards, myUNIQA Team
