The premium version is $4.99/PER MONTH. Which seems crazy, but with all the craziness going on this year I was trying to get live scores for a particular meet so I thought I would try the premium version. It was absolutely not different in any way, I had to wait for the scores just like the regular version. I forgot to cancel it because I only used it that one time and it didn’t even work. I was charged the next month and tried to contact someone immediately when I was charged to see if they would be willing to reimburse me for the 2nd charge since it worked for me NEVER, and was unable to find any contact info. I sent a couple messages on their FB page and it shows that they were seen but nobody ever responded. I definitely would tell everyone not to pay for the premium service. Other than that I like the app for meets when the scores show up, but free version only.

With all of the money we members pay for our children to participate and compete in gymnastics, you’d think the organization,USA Gymnastics, would pay a talented programmer or at very least, a recent grad in computer science to build them an awesome working app. I’m sure there are even programmer moms or dads that would take this on for FREE, if you simply let them. Shame on USA Gymnastics for being FULLY AWARE this app is terrible and not doing anything about it all of these years!!! Us parents deserve to be able to view events, scores, and other stats whenever we want, especially at the live Meets! Get it together!!!!

I love this app a lot. I’m a gymnast myself, and I really like the app to see how I do and my progress. I also like to see how all of my teammates do in competitions too. But usually all the time, I can’t get the app to load. Sometimes it’ll kick me out, won’t load right, and sometimes it’ll tell me the scores but it won’t tell me the event—Vault(VT), Bars(UB), Beam(BB), Floor(FX)— that the score is for. It’s probably in Olympic order, but it still won’t load right. Sometimes it won’t show any of the “my athletes”. Please fix this error Usagym. And yes, I’m sure it’s not the internet. It happens to almost everyone i know who has it.
