Lost my money
Smart (i think it’s stupid) OTP didn’t work. I had to reset it many times. I had to delete the app and reinstall it. Now it won’t let me log in. Can’t access thru the app and lost all my money. I thought you could do better VIB.

Đánh giá nói thẵng app rất tệ , nhân viên 24/7 đầu số quốc tế hỗ trợ khách hàng từ thái độ đến tư vấn hỗ trợ khách hàng đánh luôn ( 1 sao ) sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại ngân hàng này
