So inaccurate!

This app is a total joke! It’s constantly giving notifications that our baby is awake when she’s passed out and hasn’t moved in hours. It shows her waking up throughout the night when she hasn’t, shows “parenting” for hours that we never entered, etc. it’s completely inaccurate and I wish I could return but in past the return window. The whole system is a total waste of money. I bought it for the smart features and tracking and now I have to turn them all off so would have been better off with a much cheaper system

I’ve reached out to support as suggested and have not received a response. I’d appreciate a return or refund to get a product that actually works.

Inconsistent App

I like the camera, but the app is inconsistent. It doesn’t show me sleep data, it sometimes doesn't show me notifications, it sometimes won’t let me rewind, connection to the camera is hit or miss. I’ve logged out, logged back in, uninstalled the app numerous times, and it still won’t show me her sleep data or let me rewind. If it didn’t have the separate monitor, I would’ve returned the camera.
