Your myWSFS banker is not an automated bot, but an actual human being who lives and works locally, and with whom you can develop trust and familiarity with. Over text, your myWSFS banker can help you with your everyday banking needs, solving issues of all sizes, and even learning about financial products and solutions available to you, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages and wealth management.

To sign up, you’ll need to be a WSFS Bank Customer with access to your online banking username and password, or your account number(s) and pin(s).

Great App. Really glad WSFS offers this to me. So much easier then waiting on the phone. Love it.

Not working right now

I loved this app. Loved it. But today I received a PM notification on my phone from my banking rep, but I cannot retrieve it. I’ve tried restarting my phone and the app. I have tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, but the app keeps telling me that I have no internet connection. I have no issues with my other apps and I have ensured that the cellular data is turned on for the app on my phone. I still cannot get the app to login no matter what I try. I’m frustrated because my rep Andy has messaged me, but for the life of me I can’t get in to retrieve the message. If there was an update to the app or my iPhone OS updated and no longer works with the app, I don’t know - but I hope WSFS IT fixes it because I love this app.
