Dont get how it works...

So at first I open the app I do the acab that it asks you to do, and it says that my sister has 8 viruses. Which I don’t understand because she never use any other website that isn’t from apple, Microsoft or a reliable website that does nothing and changes nothing on my phone. My sister doesn’t install games or apps that My sister doesnt need, unless its instragram, snapchat or whatsapp. Then I click “remove viruses” just in case if I had, it asks me for a face ID or the password but I cant seem to type the password because there is NO place on where I can put it. So could anybody tell me how this works? Or is or is it just fake, just to get people to install the app...?
