Crashes every time I try to report something or view reports. Fix this and I might consider adding a few stars. Edit: developers have responded and apparently fixed it. 4 stars

(March 1st)..Thank you. We are sorry you are having this issue. We acknowledge this and we are working on it. The issue specifically is when you have a weak network connection or when our database has too many users and is not able to serve the app with data.

We have tried to address this issue. I hope it works better now.

Nothing on here?

I tried putting my address in and it wouldn't even show up and i wasn't home so didnt use current location. I ended up just typing a place the next street over. After that, there was absolutely zero information, anywhere. I even zoomed out to the whole world map and there was still nothing except one theft or something in the UK, and it was just that one thing. Nothing anywhere near me, nothing anywhere at all. Im uninstalling this. I really wanted to find an app like this but I guess I won’t be :(. This is the only one I could fine and theres nothing on it.

Edit: To the developer response, I am most definitely not in a safe neighborhood, at all. So that’s why I wanted this, maybe no one around me is using the app but it’s still a bummer that I cant even see incidents further than 5 miles. Since I was able to see a couple in the UK but zero in the US so I don’t get how its within 5 miles if I can see some in a different country. Really wanted an app for this I thought it’d be great but I hate having to rely on other people to see anything happening. Plus why would there be an option to search other areas if you can only see incidents within 5 miles. Oh well. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the feedback. If there are no incidents reported by your neighbors (who are are already NABER members) or if there are no incidents reported within 5 mile radius of your home in the police database, the app will not show any incidents. You are probably in a safer neighborhood where there is not much crime. The app is just doing its job. The app is more of being able to collaborate bring people together, report crime incidents in your neighborhood. It needs community interaction to see activity. I hope you understand how this app becomes really effective. We hope you can provide a better rating.

Great Neighborhood watch app to alert people around you

This is really good dedicated neighborhood watch App for everyone. Very easy to use, you can share the incidents with friends & family to keep them alert.
I like the icons how they look on screen, description is very easy to click & choose. You can put notes to add additional information. There is even icon to call police Incase needed.
This app was very useful during holidays and I shared with my family around Christmas and shared with friends during New Year.
