I wish I can give them less than zero minus start

This company does not respect the customers; Its application is useless, and it can't track a black elephant standing 2 meters of white snow. It is the worst, and I have no idea how they are still in the business. Their application gives you no tracking updates until almost the time of delivery. The live delivery is a joke and does not track anything.
I should take them to court just for giving me high blood pressure when I need to track anything sent to me through them. Even wasting my time reviewing them makes me angry.

Very basic app

Very basic application. You have to enter your shipment number every time. It asks for permission to paste every time you want to paste the number. You cannot save the details. Live tracking is a joke. On top of that, Naqel delivery staff keep asking every time to send them a picture of the door plus door number and other details via WhatsApp ! Which is against the rules

Bad Service

There customer care phone is not working… whatsapp and social media accounts all been answered by a robot that doesn’t give you anything … If you have a shipment with this company you will suffer ( this is guaranteed )
