My time is valuable….multiple calls to NASB to correct an issue, told I would get a call back - no call back received . Called again after what was supposed to be corrected was completely ignored and actually took out my current email. 2 nd call placed and asked for “tech person to call me’ so it is explained properly by me…not in the 3rd person where translating issue is apparently lost!!

I love having the online banking app. The thing I dislike is the login has to many steps and doesn’t allow facial recognition from iPhone. I would also like to see more detailed information on withdraw/deposits.

Years of zero missed payment and this only time I reached out to them because I had a loss in my family and I have spent a lot in medical bills, they couldn’t assist with even one month extension. Literally all my banks and credit cards were able to assist by extending my due date with no penalty fees. The only bank that said “sorry we have no option, if you do not pay by Friday, we will have to report you to the credit bureaus. I will work hard and in 3 months will refinance with another bank. I don’t care about having a higher interest.

Maigen Burton at the Harrisonville branch is very educated on accounts are handled and gave me the information I needed when we started up our savings account and then just recently named it as a Trust account. She’s always polite and courteous. ~ Julie Bennett
