Nashville Zoo at Grassmere 4+

I’ve always loved the app but I updated it yesterday when I came and I’ve not been able to find my virtual pets how do I get access to them again?

We used this app yesterday while visiting the zoo. Mostly we used the map feature and it was great! I would suggest an update that membership information could be added and available to scan for entry into the zoo. That would be huge so that it’s a one stop shop and members don’t have to keep track of the flimsy paper card that is now issued. I liked the previous credit card type of plastic way better, but understand paper is better for the environment.

today 4/17/25 me and my family went to this zoo this was the most unexceptionable experience ever. they kicked us out for apparently causing a scene because i was having a medical emergency and no one would call for help so we were forced to escort the park for creating a scene i was broken out in hives from the pollution in the air i had almost went into anaphylactic shock while having a panic attack from the manager throwing his hands at my father. he had to be dragged out while almost hitting the six people that were helping me calm down. my father had to call 911 because they refused to help me then the manager proceeded to call the cops because he could not grow a pair and speak up like a grown man. mind you there was one singular bathroom open and no handicap accessible stalls.
